This policy has been introduced to prevent fake or unclaimed COD parcels, which result in unnecessary losses in packaging, handling, and shipping costs — directly affecting our ability to serve genuine customers efficiently.

All Cash on Delivery orders now require a 10% advance UPI payment to confirm your order. Our team will reach out via the contact details provided at checkout to assist you with this step.

The remaining amount is payable in cash at the time of delivery.
